Whenever I make these, my hubby snags at least 5!

– 1 pound ground chicken
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 large egg
– 1/3 cup finely chopped dill pickles
– 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Olive oil or avocado oil, for frying
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, grated Parmesan, egg, chopped dill pickles, fresh dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
2. Form the mixture into small patties, approximately 2 inches in diameter.
3. Heat a generous amount of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet.
4. Fry the chicken fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
5. Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
