RED VELVET CAKE

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 Tbs cocoa powder
2 Tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
300ml sour milk
300ml butter
1 tbs vanilla essence
1 tbs vinegar
2 Tbs red food coloring
¹/² cup hot coffee but must be set aside to cool a little
METHOD
Step 1-Preheat oven at 160 degrees, Beat butter and sugar using the electric mixer, add the egg one at a time followed by vanilla essence
Step 2-In another bowl, mix sour milk with food colouring, add this to your wet ingredients and give it a quick stir with a wooden spoon
