Step 3-Mix sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder then add to your wet mix, add vinegar and stir a little more then add cooled coffee, use a wooden spoon to stir ingredients and finish up with electric mixer till batter is smooth and bake for an hour or more in the preheated oven
