Do you enjoy egg rolls? I love them too, and recently I decided to try something special. I made egg rolls filled with Philly cheesesteak, and they were a hit with my family! These are perfect for game day parties or fall gatherings around a bonfire. They’re easy to prepare, and you can make the filling ahead of time.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 24 egg roll wrappers
- 12 slices of American cheese
- 3/4 cup of vegetable oil (for frying)
