My hubby’s new fave! Started making this recently and he’s requested it 5 times already

– 4 boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 2 cups breadcrumbs (Panko or traditional)
– 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional, but totally worth it!)
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– Olive oil for drizzling
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat it with a bit of cooking spray to keep things non-stick.
2. Grab three shallow dishes. In the first, mix the flour with a little salt and pepper. In the second, beat the eggs. In the third, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
3. Now for the assembly line process: Dip each pork chop first into flour (shake off the excess), then into the egg, and finally, press it into the breadcrumb mixture to coat all sides evenly.
4. Place the coated pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the top of each chop to help them crisp up in the oven.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
6. Let them rest a few moments before serving because, well, patience is a virtue and it pays off with these babies.
