5 cups of potatoes, cut into wedges
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
2/3 cup of bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of corn starch or potato starch
Salt to taste
Pro Tip: Add some red pepper powder if you want a kick!
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 365°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with the olive oil until they are evenly coated.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, corn or potato starch, and salt together.
4. Next, coat each potato wedge with the bread crumb and cheese mixture, pressing the mixture onto the wedge to ensure it sticks.
6. Place the coated potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other.
7. Bake the potato wedges in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
8. Once they are done baking, remove the potato wedges from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
