Sweet donuts: tasty and ready in no time!
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
100g of sugar
250 g Greek yogurt
250g of flour
150ml milk
16g baking powder
Lemon and orange zest
METHOD
Mix egg and sugar. Add lemon and orange zest, Greek yogurt and mix well. Mix the baking powder and flour together and add to the yogurt mixture.
Mix well and pour two teaspoons into the very hot oil. Bake until golden brown and coat in sugar to serve
