Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the grated cheese and Bisquick baking mix to the eggs and stir until well combined. Mix in the cooked sausage.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the pan.
