Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups.
- Prepare Chocolate: Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the butter, flour, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and eggs. Stir until well mixed.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Add Chocolate: Gently press the chocolate pieces into the top of each muffin batter.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
