Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I add chocolate chips?

Yes, you could, you could also add dried fruit, nuts or all of the above. You can also sprinkle with decorating sugar for different Holidays or other sprinkles to make it colorful.

Can I add different flavored extracts?

Yes, you could use basically any flavor of extract you would like. I like to make different batches for the Holidays. Such as mint, almond, berries or even peanut butter.

How should I store the fudge?

The fudge can be left on the counter for a day or two. I prefer to leave it in the refrigerator. If it is stored in the refrigerator, it will last up to 2 weeks. Keep it in an airtight container or a ziploc bag with the air pushed out.
