Milk bread stuffed with Nutella

PREPARATION :

1- Put your milk, soft butter in the container.
Then add the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Salt and yeast must not be in direct contact otherwise the dough will not swell.
2- knead by hand like a robot for a few minutes until the dough is no longer sticky to hand contact, shape about 8 small balls.
3- Arrange each in an oval shape and put a little Nutella in the center. Fold the edges to have the shape of milk bread like in the picture. Let it rise 1 hour at room temperature
4- Egg yolk, milk sugar
