1/3 cup full-fat cottage cheese (4% milkfat, small curd with additives)
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended.
2. Spoon teaspoon-sized portions of the mixture onto parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart. Flatten each with a spoon. You can use two sheets of parchment if needed.
3. Microwave the parchment with the cottage cheese dollops at half power for 3-4 minutes until they appear dried and slightly browned. Adjust as necessary, microwaving in 30-second intervals.
4. Let the chips sit for 2 minutes to harden and then carefully peel them from the parchment paper.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
