Sauté Garlic: 🧈 In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden brown. 🥛 Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
🧀 Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously to prevent clumping. 🧂 Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Adjust according to taste. Continue simmering the sauce on low heat until it thickens to your desired consistency.
Once the sauce is smooth and creamy, remove from heat.
