Ingredients:
– 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 can (14 ounces) green enchilada sauce
– 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
– 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup frozen corn kernels
– 1 small onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
