Prepare Breading Station: In separate shallow dishes, prepare your breading station. In one dish, combine the all-purpose flour, Creole seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. In another dish, beat the eggs.
Bread Shrimp: Take each marinated shrimp and dip it into the seasoned flour mixture, coating it evenly. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the shrimp once again in the seasoned flour mixture.
Fry Shrimp: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the breaded shrimp to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Serve: Once all the shrimp are fried and drained, transfer them to a serving platter. Serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
