Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
5. In a separate bowl, toss chocolate chips with flour, then fold into the cream cheese mixture along with sour cream.
6. Pour filling over crust in the springform pan.
7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
8. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
