Instructions:

Start by beating the egg and sugar into the margarine or butter at room temperature. Use a mixer to create a creamy mixture.

Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Squeeze the mixture onto the tray, creating shapes. Don’t worry about their exact shape; they will spread in the oven.
Bake the biscuits for 8 minutes in the preheated oven.
Once the biscuits are baked and cooled, prepare the filling by whipping the cream with the cold milk.
Spread the whipped cream mixture between the baked biscuits, creating flavorful sandwiches.
