Baked Gratinated Onion Soup

Peel the onions and cut them into 1/2 cm thick strips.

Melt the butter in a casserole dish, add the onions, stir and cook for 15 minutes over moderate heat, turning from time to time.

Salt, add the flour, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.

Prepare broth by diluting the tablets in 80 cl of hot water.

Pour it into the casserole and simmer for 10 minutes.
