Ingredients:

24-28 graham crackers
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup powdered sugar
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced (for topping)
Whipped cream (for garnish)
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced fresh strawberries and powdered sugar. Stir until the strawberries are coated and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let it set for a few minutes to thicken.
Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
Place a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Repeat the layers, starting with graham crackers, then cream cheese mixture, and ending with sliced strawberries.
Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top.
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the graham crackers to soften.
Before serving, top the lasagna with diced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
