Stuffing Balls

Ingredients:
4 cups dry stuffing mix
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter. Mix until the stuffing is moistened.

Stir in the beaten eggs, onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
Place the stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
