Gradually add the all-purpose flour, alternating with the 7 Up (or your choice of soda), beginning and ending with the flour. Mix well after each addition, ensuring the batter is smooth and well combined. Remember to scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.

Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, or until the cake is firm to the touch and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

If using a loaf pan, this recipe will fill two pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the cake is firm.
