PREPARATION

1. Crush the cookies and melt the butter. Mix the butter with the biscuits and put it in a mold. The mold should have a detachable hoop.
2. Then put 1/4 liter of milk in a saucepan with cream and sugar. Remove and dissolve the two curd envelopes in the other 1/4 liter of milk. Mix everything and warm it up, then add the pot of cheese.
3. When the mixture begins to take shape, pour it over the cookies. Let cool.
4. When it is cold, put the jam in a bowl, which can be blueberry, raspberry or any other you like, but always with red fruits. Heat it, add a pinch of water and, when hot, add the jelly leaves as they dissolve with the heat.
5. Pour over the curd cheese and put in the refrigerator for a few hours to make it compact. Take out when cold and ready to eat
