🎉🍫 Birthday Cake Oreo Fudge Brownies 🍫🎉

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
¼ teaspoon salt
16 Birthday Cake Oreos
For the Funfetti Fudge:
3 cups white chocolate chips, divided
1 and ¼ cup (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, divided
½ cup rainbow sprinkles, plus more for topping
Pink gel food coloring
4 Birthday Cake Oreos, chopped
For the Topping:
½ bag Pink Candy Melts, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Brownies: Mix melted chocolate and butter with sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients and fold in Oreos. Bake until just set.
Make the Funfetti Fudge: Melt white chocolate with condensed milk, divide into two, color one part pink, and mix sprinkles into the other. Layer over cooled brownies.
Decorate: Add chopped Oreos and more sprinkles on top. Drizzle with melted pink candy melts for a festive finish.
Chill and Serve: Let the brownies set in the fridge before cutting into squares.
